Everything was excellent, personnel was genuinely helpful. Loved central heating, a private safe and flat-screen television in the room. Private bathrooms, that included bidet, were cleaned daily. The place had a special atmosphere. The location was comfy and exceptionally nice, in the middle of jackson and overlooking city.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had marble bathrooms. The morning breakfast that was delivered to my room was excellent and definitely worth mentioning. the friendly and helpful staff made my stay more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was farther away from the city center than expected, and there were not many nearby attractions to see. there were a few issues with the customer service, such as daily visits to reception to reactivate room keys and inconsistencies with receiving an invoice.

Had a lovely Easter stay here with lots to enjoy. the jacuzzi bath was fantastic and very relaxing. the breakfast served in-room was excellent and served hot. The location was also great for exploring nearby attractions and offered easy access to public transportation which made getting around a breeze. All in all, it was a great value for money hotel with top-notch amenities.

While the hotel had kept all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, the staff was a bit unresponsive and could be a little more assertive towards their guests.
